  1. A big thank you to everyone who completed my short survey and provided feedback. Based on your answers, I have arranged to try out and review the following activities in the coming weeks:

    1) Crossfit with Jeff Grant of Hillseeker Fitness
    2) Chi running half day workshop
    3) Canyoning in Chli Schliere (postponed from 1st July due to bad weather)

    I will also be reviewing the running gear that I use, and a few fitness books that I have lying on my bookshelf (currently unread). I have books on sports nutrition, the biomechanics of running, training schedules and last but not least mental training for athletes.
