I may do it again one day, but there are always so many challenges on offer that it is sometimes hard to find time for them all, so we will have to see :)

My aim of a sub 3 marathon will remain though till I crack that beast. I know I am capable of it if I train smart and hard, don't get injured and manage to stay focussed for long enough. A 3:18 marathon off the back of 40k per week training and bad race pacing suggests to me that 3 is possible with 80k per week training and with good pacing and favourable race conditions. A few less kilos may help too ;)fattofithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07722487840433632797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7762661220155319455.post-73687196974316860542013-03-28T14:17:21.348-07:002013-03-28T14:17:21.348-07:00Well done on your impressive (and crazy) challenge...Well done on your impressive (and crazy) challenge.
At least you know what you need to do in preparation for the next time.Carolinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12402428532932369775noreply@blogger.com
